About This Role

As the editor for the Sprint Project YouTube channel, you’ll collaborate directly with Cesar to create world-class educational fitness content that helps people achieve their dreams and generates real business results.

Every video you edit has the power to inspire millions and generate sales. Plus when videos blow up, you'll benefit financially with performance bonuses (on top of base salary).

You don’t need to be the best editor in the world — yet. But you must be willing to learn so that we can train you to become an elite video editor. 

In this role you’ll learn

✓ How Cesar built his YouTube channel to over 300,000 subscribers handling everything including scripting, editing, thumbnails, and more.

✓ How we turn viewers into customers to sell workout programs, courses, memberships, and coaching.

✓ How Cesar has used the power of video content to build a dream life, impact the lives of many, and attract high-level clients like Olympians and World Champions.

Responsibilities

Editing:

✓ Edit one YouTube video per week with a focus on dynamic storytelling.

✓ Use cuts, text overlays, motion graphics, and visual effects to create engaging content.

✓ Allocate 8–25 hours per video, depending on the project scope.

Project Management:

✓ Deliver completed videos by Monday, adhering to a Friday-Monday editing schedule.

✓ Tuesday, Wednesday, Cesar will review and make necessary final edits to post on Thursday.

✓ Communicate effectively and adhere to tight deadlines

Mandatory Qualifications

✓ Must be based in a Time Zone within NYC and India

✓ 18+, not a full-time student

✓ Experience with video editing software (DaVinci Resolve experience is a bonus).

✓ Experience in basic motion graphics and visual effects.

✓ Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for storytelling.

✓ Organized, professional, ability to meet deadlines - this is non-negotiable.

✓ Willing to work weekends and evenings

Preferred (Not Mandatory) Qualifications

✓ Some experience with YouTube content creation.

✓ Passion for sports, fitness, or online business themes.

✓ If you are based in Madrid this is ideal and you'll be able to work with Cesar in-person

Schedule

✓ Filming: Fridays.

✓ Editing: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

✓ Final Delivery: Monday before end of day.

Compensation

✓ Competitive pay based on experience and the project

✓ We will start on a project-by-project basis, then transition to full-time to work with a monthly salary

✓ Performance bonuses (earn more by hitting key metrics)
