Sprint Project Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 1. 2023

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to become an affiliate of The Sprint Project, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not apply to or participate in our affiliate program.

2. Affiliate Application and Approval

2.1. To become an affiliate, you must sign up to become an affiliate. We reserve the right to accept or reject affialates at our discretion.

2.2. You represent and warrant that all information provided in your application is accurate and complete. You will promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1. As an affiliate, you agree to promote our products and services in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner.

3.2. You are responsible for any content you create or distribute as part of your affiliate promotion, including compliance with copyright and trademark laws.

3.3. You will not engage in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices or make false claims about our products or services.

4. Commissions and Payments

4.1. You will earn commissions based on successful referrals, as outlined in your affiliate agreement. Commissions are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

4.2. Commissions are paid on a Monthly basis and are subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100.00 usd Unpaid commissions do not accrue interest. Commissions will be subject to adjustment or reversal in the event that the customer initiates a refund for the original sale.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to withhold or void commissions in cases of fraudulent or suspicious activity.

5. Tracking and Reporting

5.1. The Company will provide you with unique affiliate tracking links or codes to monitor referral activity. Each tracking link will track a sale made within 30 days of when the affiliate link is clicked.

5.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your tracking links are properly implemented.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

6.2. Upon termination, you will immediately cease all promotional activities related to the Company.

7. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of New York.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the affiliate program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
